- Through the App: Go to Settings → Edit Profile → Delete Account
- By Email: Contact us at support@studyx.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request"
Upon account deletion, we will permanently delete:
- Your user profile and account information
- Your quiz completion records, notes, and saved questions
- Your forum posts and comments
- Your social connections and friend streaks
- All other personal data associated with your account
Deletion is typically completed within 30 days of your request. Some information may be retained for longer if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., transaction records for payment processing).
7. Your Rights and Choices
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: You can access and review your personal information through the app
- Correction: You can update your profile information at any time in the app settings
- Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data (see Section 6.2)
- Opt-Out: You can disable push notifications in your device settings or app preferences

8. Children's Privacy
StudyX is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
